Welcome to Le Petit Bleuet! I know that life happens, and I'll always do my best to be kind, clear, and flexible. These terms are here to help everything run smoothly on both sides- so that you can enjoy something sweet with peace of mind. By visiting or placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read through them so we’re all on the same page.
Orders and Payments
All treats are baked to order from my home kitchen with lots of care.

Orders must be placed at least 10 days before pickup to give me plenty of time to plan, prep, and create something lovely for you.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

I kindly ask that all orders be paid at least 1 week before the pickup date.

If you need a little flexibility with timing or payment, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to work something out when I can.
Custom Orders
Custom orders require clear communication and advance notice.

I’ll always do my best to accommodate design requests, but exact matches are not guaranteed — especially for colors, florals, and other handmade elements.

Any design changes must be requested at least 7 days before pickup so I can accommodate them.
Cancellations & Refunds
I totally understand that plans can change, and I’ll always do my best to be flexible.

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out as soon as you can.

I’m happy to offer a full refund for cancellations made with at least a week's notice, but if it’s shorter notice, I’ll do my best to offer a partial refund or credit, depending on how far along your order is.

Unfortunately, no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) aren’t refundable, since your ingredients and prep time have already been set aside.
Pickup Policy

Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time.

Once an order leaves my hands, I’m no longer responsible for any damages during transportation or storage.

If you’re running late, just let me know — I’m always happy to be flexible when I can.
